Motivation of referred to as the guiding inspiring and initiating the goal oriented behaviour in order to maintain the encouragement of people. It is the driving force behind the actions of human. It is a general willingness to do something and it is a set of psychological forces that compel the person to take action. The current study will outline the three theories of content motivation while suggesting the best option for the company. These motivation theories will help in enhancing the motivation of employees to work in an effective manner.
