For this assessment item one is required to write a reflectiv essay based on the feedback that one have received from the marker of the first assessment item and from peers. One should write a reflective self-evaluation of the effectiveness in development of  a teaching plan and delivery of teaching session and give  recommnedations for improvement. One is to use the Gibbs model for reflection to address each of the following:
Provide a succinct description of the feedback one received in the context of clinical teaching.
Identify and briefly discuss the thoughts and feelings. Discuss what was positive and not so positive for the situation.
