Qantas: This brand operates both in Australian and international flights, including its airline service customer operations and marketing. The brand which includes this category includes Qantas' Local Network and Qantas Link.
Qantas Freight: This brand includes Qantas Business Flight Services and Air Cargo which work on Star Express Brands, Qantas Freight, and Australian Air Express (Advameg Inc., 2016).
Company’s Structure
The organization structure is extremely crucial for determining how the responsibilities, strengths as well as roles are monitored, coordinated and allocated. Alternatively, it provides a mechanism for information flow across all levels of management. However, the importance of the organization's structure depends on the company's strategies and objectives. Commonly used organisms are centralized or decentralized structures.
