Community policing- It is the strategy of policing that develops relationships with the members of the community.
Strengths:
· One of the major strengths of community policing is reduces crimes in the community
· Police and community relationship is improved when a feeling of security is established (Na, 2016). 
Weaknesses:
· Hostility between the neighborhood residents and police can hinder productive partnerships
· The decision making autonomy increases in officers that can contribute towards high opportunities for police corruption
