     The ultimate objectives of a business are to administer the tasks of purchase, sales and payment expenditures for making a profit for the company. Hence, it is essential to prepared a budget which acts as a roadmap for commencing a business for a particular year and the possible ways to arrive at a profit at the end of the financial year. It is operational and capital budget which helps in creating two types of budgeting plans. These are operational budget and capital budget. The two budgets are diverse but have some forms of similarities for the purpose of budgeting. Thus, if there are changes in one budget then there needs to be modification in the other.
