For bonus points (a total of 50 points), I would like you to draft a legal description of the information contained on this map. This is an optional exercise and you are free to decline to participate in this exercise if you wish.
Below you will find a plat map with all the information on it to draft a metes and bounds description.

Many descriptions are prefaced by identifying the section, township and range as well as the county and state in which the property is located. For this exercise, you can omit that part of the description. Be aware, however, that you need to identify the off-site point of beginning as well as the point of beginning of the tract you will be describing. When you are finished writing your description, you can place it in the drop box for me to review and grade. You will have until midnight, April 10 to submit your description. Enjoy!
