Think about a health event/situation that you have been personally involved in or observed either as a student, an employee or a recipient of health care that triggered you to reflect on issues or uncertainties around policy/practice/protocol in health delivery. The event does not have to be of a critical or life threatening nature it can be a commonplace health event/situation. Please note this event MUST be different to the one you previously reflected on for task 2. 2. Deconstruct the event using the Gibb’s reflective cycle. 3. Explore one issue or uncertainty in detail 4.
