The first part is based on critical aspects concerning great company cultures; it spea
ks regarding useful tips and strategies for developing and establishing strong company culture. In this context, it is emphasised that business leaders of the firm should not try to copy or follow other company’s culture; it should be understand that every firm is a mixture of unique set of people, strengths and weaknesses having their own knowledge and competencies. The leaders, therefore, need to understand the fact that firm’s culture should be unique and independent of other firm’s culture. Secondly, it is also stated that business leaders and managers should form and develop desired culture in light of what people think, feel and perceive (Broedling, 2012).
The overall purpose of culture should be to give personnel an opportunity to evolve and develop by optimising and using their strengths and competencies to the maximum. The formation of culture also asks for involving people in order to design it intentionally. There should be no by default provision for culture, it requires clear understanding and knowledge of aspirations...
