Good Day to You! It is great to connect with you and interact in class discussions. I am Helen and pursing my dream to become an effective Human Service Professionals. I belong to XXX, State and have been associated with this city from XXX years. Over my tenure of XXX working with Behavioural Health Special Initiative my client-base have witnessed the struggles and challenges of people who have experienced a traumatic condition in life. They also face certain probation and parole related issues in the background. Hence, clients are normally referred to therapy or treatment by the compliance officer or probation authorities. My main responsibilities used to revolve around interacting with clients, understanding their needs and requirements. Furthermore, I try to gauge the personality of the clients and comprehend what ways of communication will work best to develop a strong relationship that improve the quality of treatments.
