A few of your audience’s major questions: What are the pros and cons? What are the ethical considerations? Should we do it routinely? Should we do it selectively? Should we rule it out? Is more inquiry needed? Should we allow the entire organization to share in the decision? Do the research, and prepare a recommendation memo that makes your case reasonably and persuasively (review Chapter 9 for ethical considerations).
