beverage industry. The generic competitive s
trategy of Starbucks is broad differentiation
strategy. Implementing the broad differentiation strategy Starbucks focuses gaining market share
and leadership based on consumer preference by means of product innovation and brand image
(Thompson and Shah, 2010). Tim Horton follows the low cost strategy. Tim Horton is famous
for its coffee and donuts and provides low cost options to their customers. Comparison of their
