AGE_JAN (age as of January 1,2004),AVE_SCORE (the mean of SCORE1 to SCORE6. This variable should be computed only if there are four or more non-missing scores.).  MIN_SCORE (the lowest, non-missing score), MAX_SCORE (the largest score). and DAY (day of the week corresponding to the V1SIT date). Format this variable so that it prints as Moo, Tue, Wed, etc.
