1. According to me the management style prevailing at Rondell Data Corporation is closest 
to the autocratic style of working. In Rondell Data Corporation, following were the key 
personnel who were involved in the decision making processes: Dave Schwab, Doc 
Reeves, Ron Porter, Ralph Simon and Bill hunt. While Dave Schwab was the in charge of 
production, he played a crucial role in the approval of product designs. Unless and until 
he was completely satisfied with the designs, he never gave permission or go-ahead for 
production. He was more authoritative in nature, and had the direct support of Bill Hunt 
and Ralph Simon. Similarly, there was no coordination between the sales, and production 
team. Without consulting with the production and R&D teams, the head of sales i.e. Ron 
Porter communicates delivery schedule to the clients. This often led to unmatched amount 
of pressure on both the R&D and production team,
