Introduction
An international law that deals with participation is the Right to Political Participation in International Law. This law allows one to place their opinion and choose their leaders by participating in elections and voting in the political sector. The democratic approach towards politics occurred the emergence of this law as the Human Rights of people irrespective of their gender, caste, creed, religion, or colour.
Dealing with Participation
The law deals with participation based on the participatory rights against discrimination, taking part in public affairs, and election concerns. According to Fox (1992), a non-discrimination process is maintained in the participation. Everyone has the right to elect irrespective of his or her gender, caste, religion, race, and position in the society.
