Abstract
The present research paper will try to explore the effective impact of multiple leadership models on the employee's perception under various organizational circumstances. The paper is to find out the impact of multiple leadership models on employees' perception, job satisfaction, commitment to the work, and other organizational aspects related to the employees. The research will consider the qualitative research method in order to analyze the various aspects related to the leadership models and the employees in an organization. An effective interview will be conducted in order to open in-depth perceptions of the employees owing to the multiple leadership models practice in an organization. The primary data will be used for effective data analysis. In order to provide authentic support to the context, effective literary sources ar
e considered and will be effectively used to connect the leadership models and employees' perceptions. The qualitative research method will be pursued and a convenient non-probability sampling technique for the qualitative data will be applied for analyzing the data. The interviews that will be conducted will follow ethical considerations and effective interview protocols. The terms and the variables in the research topic are effectively connected with the potential literature review.

Chapter1: Introduction
1.0 Introduction
The importance of leadership in an organization is not unknown. The aspect is significantly presented by numerous studies that deal with the impact of effective leadership in an organization. Application of strategic leadership under various organizational circumstances is found to be an important aspect for enhancing the retention ratios of the employees and their performance in the modern context. The purpose of this study is to investigate the cumulative impact of multiple leadership models, on employees under different organizational circumstances. It is evident that multiple models of leadership service to be one of the best methods to motivate and recognize the employees. This assignment will also focus on the effective application of multiple leadership models in order to manage the diverse workforce.
1.1 Problem Statement
An organization without effective leadership can disrupt the proper functioning of the organization. Therefore, leadership is an essential aspect of the organization as determined by industrial-organizational psychologists. Further, the field emphasizes effective workplace behavior and the psychological insights in the organizational arena that brings about employee satisfaction by meeting the needs and desires of the employees as well as the employers.
The rationale behind selecting the topic mentioned above is that leadership is multifaceted and the topic propounds an in-depth knowledge of multiple leadership models. Effective leadership is also strongly correlated with the exercise of discipline in the workplace and also enhances motivation and in the workplace environment. Hence it is worth mentioning that good administration is closely associated with effective leadership in the field of organizational psychology.
1.2 Research Aims
The current research aims to find a significant correlation between the leadership styles in an organization and their impact on employee retention and employee performances under various organizational circumstances. It further aims to analyze the effective impact of various leadership models on the job satisfaction of the employees which consequently affects their commitment in the workplace. In addition to these aspects, the research proposes the multiple leadership models as a contributory factor in the systematic achievement of goals at a personal and professional level.
1.3 Research Objectives
Based on the research aims, the current study focuses to achieve certain objectives. These objectives are listed below:

2.1Concept of Organizational Leadership
Organizational leadership refers to the ability to lead a group of human resources for fulfilling the effective goal of the organization and attains the organization's mission. It encompasses the effective understanding of the organizational values and aligns the operation within the organization to achieve the organizational target within the perspective of the prescribed values.
Organizational leadership has a significant impact in motivating the employees allowing problem-solving and decision-making mindset within the organization making the organization a psychologically safe atmosphere and effective promotion of ethics, inclusion, and respect within the organizational workplace. The vital aspect of organizational leadership is to cater to the possible challenges the organization has to face in the future. According to Choi, Kim and Kang (2017), effective leadership in an organization is essential for the development of the decisive element of the company's management that is the team. Thus, the fundamental aspect of organizational growth depends upon the capabilities of the leader (Smith, Minor & Brashen, 2018).
The context of multiple leadership models acquires a practical note in this scenario. Multiple company employees can handle the shared administration and the informational administration as a part of the same team. The organization needs to manage the diverse workforce which is a prominent outcome of globalization that organizations are now bringing with employees belonging to different cultures and leadership-based interventions are necessary in order to meet the expectations for maximum productivity. The performance of the employees, job satisfaction, and their affective commitment in the workplace depends on employee management in an organization (Al Khajeh, 2018). And it is evident to mention that capability of employee management is an important aspect of various leadership styles.
2.2 Effective Leadership Qualities
According to Roux and Hartel (2018) leadership has become an important aspect in the present context where the business environment becoming increasingly complex, dynamic, and advancing in terms of technology. The article reflects the techniques and the qualities that must be adopted for the development of effective leadership. The essential and meaningful qualities of leadership that are emphasized in this article are resilience, openness, adaptability, collaboration, and meaningful networks. In respect of our research topic, it can effectively focus on the aspect that employees' performances are greatly affected by leadership qualities and behavior. It can be contemplated with the fact that employees are not satisfied with their leaders and are not motivated if the leaders do not possess effective leadership skills and qualities (Scott et al., 2018).
2.3 Leadership and Employee’s Commitment
Researches effectively present the challenges that are faced by the various organizations in managing the staff for creating an effective environment that encourages the employee’s commitment.
