Executive Summary
In this literature review, the discussion is all about sustainable tourism development procedure. The development process comes from the tourism sector based on sustainability. In this discussion part, there is a notion of the concepts that are linked with sustainable tourism development. Furthermore, four capital models that are associated with the sustainability position of the tourism sector are also discussed. There is also the presence of approaches that can help in order to bring development in the field of sustainable tourism. There are various advantages, which are served through sustainable tourism development, and that advantages are presented in the discussion part. Moreover, the stakeholders who are related to sustainable tourism development and contemporary tourism issues are also discussed in this project.
Introduction
Sustainable tourism agitates the notion of preserving the natural and built environment of a particular area. Sustainable tourism has become one of the fastest growing industries in many countries and conducting numerous impacts on the same. It is considered the main source of economy for so many countries, around the world. The main concept of sustainable tourism is making a constructive influence on the economy, society and environment of a certain spot, as a tourist. There are a numerous number of forms that sustainable tourism. These forms consist of some factors, such as; ecotourism, rural tourism, tourism of the community, responsible tourism, solidarity tourism, green tourism and so on. All these are considered the combatant of mass tourism.

Concept of Sustainable Tourism
The notion of sustainable tourism is associated with sustainable mobility. If there is no tourism then there will not be any trace of sustainable tourism at all. Sustainable tourism is an industry that is making a continuous effort to extract the positive impacts of tourism. This kind of tourism is important as it can provoke the market for future employment for the local inhabitants. Sustainable tourism ensures the fact that is can bestow in the process of developing the local area, its people, the tourism company and most importantly for the tourists themselves.
This tourism makes it to a certain point that it can be able to give a positive experience of tourism to the tourists as well as to the local people. Sustainable tourism is convenient for the local people, their culture and for the environment (Farmaki, Altinay, Botterill & Hilke, 2015). This tourism takes complete responsibility for the current impacts of tourism because of financial, social, environmental perspectives of the place. It also superintends the needs of the visitors, the tourism industry and validates the fact that it is not bringing any harmful effect on the environment. Sustainability in tourism is important because if tourism is sustained, only then it will be able to bring development for the tourists and in tourism.
Four Capital Model of Sustainability
Predominantly, the main components of sustainability include four types of principals in every society. These four capital models of sustainability encompass Human Capital, Manufactured Capital, Natural Capital and Financial Capital. These four capitals of sustainability are integral in order to perpetuate the balance in the society. These four main capitals come under three main forms of sustainability, namely, social sustainability, financial sustainability and environmental sustainability. Now, human capital falls under social sustainability (Carr, Ruhanen & Whitford, 2016). Human capital subsumes some facts, those are; labour and skills, intelligence, social networks. Other than this political system, reputation and trust influence and power is also important. Financial capital falls under financial sustainability.
Financial capital deals with some different matters other than human capital. In financial capital, the use of cash, debt, investments, monetary instruments and factors are also incorporated. Natural capital comes under environmental sustainability. In order to make a good balance in the natural capital, it is important to prioritise the ecosystem services, the resources and the living system (Ganglmair-Wooliscroft & Wooliscroft, 2016).
