Exponential Weighted Moving Average (EWMA) is commonly used when the control needs to smooth out rapidly fluctuating values. Typical applications are smoothing the measured round-trip time,  or computing the average queue length in Random Early Detection (RED) queues. In this exercise, you are expected to run and observe the result of an EWMA program. Tune the network delay parameter to observe how the EWMA value evolves.
