According to the theoretical results, if protein is able to remain in cytosol then it should be found
in cytosol and in supernatant both (after centrifugation) therefore, band that results due to its
interaction with mAb 2 should also be appeared in both cases whereas, due to the absence of
cleavage, mAb 1 would not be capable to produce any band.
But, if protein is going inside means, is being imported then, cleavage should result bands in all;
cytosol, pallet as well as supernatant. Since, its one fragment will remain in cytosol and other
