Abstract
We know the fact that due to the impact of globalization and other recent trends the companies are facing different internal and external challenges. One of the major challenges that affect their operations is related to the performance level of the employees. The culture of one person is different from others; therefore, the organization has to give importance to the culture of the community of practice and organizational learning. In this paper, we are analysing the importance of the culture of the community of practice and organizational learning in a detailed way.
