Abstract
Information can be called as valuable information for every organization. Most of the companies are using different tools and techniques for storing and productively utilizing the information. The information helps for attaining the competitive advantage and it also helps for understanding the needs of the customers. In this research paper, we are analysing the importance of information seeking and information retrieval process in the organization.
According to the words of Thomas (2018), the organization has to develop an effective mechanism for collecting the information and they have to store the information for effectively managing the operations.
