Civil Liberty
    As per the constitution of any country, the citizens of a country are supposed to avail some constitutional freedoms. The civil liberties provide some liberties to protect the citizens from any tyranny, for instance, in India, the Right of the Freedom of Speech. Hence as a citizen of any country, the citizens acquire some legal rights and liberties which are protected by the legislation and the constitution of the country (Skaaning).
