1. Design the System Components
The architectural diagram can be used to help the developer for understanding the 3 layer architecture which includes the client and server architecture and application is divided into data layer, view layer and logic layer shows the user interface with which the user can interact on the devices like smartphones, laptops or the computer's. The domain layer represents the application servers like booking tickets, searching for trains, finding out information etc which will be utilised by the software applications to perform the design task. Data layer is used to show the database servers which will store information of the system. Mentation of this system all the network infrastructure will be hosted over the cloud and there will be no self-host server or local network server establishment.
The customer can access the website in login into their personal account with the help of the laptop or smartphone which is connected with the Internet. The customer connection depends on the connectors which can be WiFi com, home by 5, fiber cable or anything else. But the security cannot be guaranteed with these connections. The staff members can access their account and perform different task over the workstations with the connection. The ticket system does not have any local network or connection hello facility there is some exceptions with the staff workstations. The workstations will be connected with the switch and then they will be routed to the firewall with the help of router before connecting them with the Internet. Hello the users will send the request to the cloud servers with the help of Internet and the hosting vendor will perform all the operations on the server side. It will check the traffic through the firewall to make sure that there is no malware, and the connection will be routed to the server switch to reach its destination.
2. Design the User Interfaces

The following screen show that the website will have a menu in which the user can select to search for the route, reviews and approve or reject any form. The website will have a logo and name on the left top corner and on the right top corner it will have sign in option for all the registered users. The following screen is to allow the user either to login into the system or create new account for the user. In this screen there will be image in the background.
