Examine both the web content and the demographic information from the Brimbank Council links and identify:
•    Content Areas that could benefit from mobile access
•    Users who may benefit from a targeted mobile approach / access to this content

Consider the ‘what if’ design thinking question and determine what could be implemented to provide a mobile information service to the user groups listed in point 1.
