In this writing, I'
ll go into more detail on doing a SWOT analysis on Stevens District Hospital, focusing on how their organisational purpose and vision support their strategic strategy. Instead of performing an analysis with a group of stakeholders (Consorti et al,2021).
Purpose of conducting the SWOT analysis
I performed a SWOT analysis to determine where we are strong and where we can improve. The information gathered comparing the previous year and the year before served as the foundation for the SWOT analysis. As neighbouring rivals have advanced, the company has lost over a million dollars in income (Kapoor et al,2016). I will examine the benefits and drawbacks of conducting my SWOT analysis and present at least two outcomes for the Stevens District Hospital scenario.
The district hospital in Stevens is operating poorly. The hospital's revenues are declining, failing to meet its objectives for the previous year.
Limitations and advantages of conducting a SWOT analysis
