ery accurate and should get customized to the actual target substance in hand. Only such accurate techniques can able to provide right information for the sake of cost estimation.
(i) Thermal and moisture protection often needs to include material like
a. Insulation and damp-proofing
b. Sidings
c. Roofing
d. Flashings
e. Roof specialties
f. Skylights
g. Fireproofing
h. Joint sealants and caulking
The focus required on the total area under the moisture and thermal protection – area in meters, the thickness of insulation- the type of insulation and the type of moisture protection all need to be included in the discussion.
