Even your author lists recurring "project management" kinds of tasks in some WBS examples. What are these NOT items in a WBS, and why do they tend to be included in the WBS and/or project Gantt chart anyway? If you do put them in the Gantt, how should they be handled differently in terms of dependencies and other things you learned about scheduling?
