Ethics is defined as the method, which is used by people to identify and assess the right and wrong. These choices are made by the leaders of the organization. Leadership needs strong ethics to make choices, which are right for the society, organization and customers. Ethics help to clear the conscious of the person and enable them to make right decisions. It is necessary for the leaders of the organization to practice ethics in the business practice. It secures the image of the organization and save them from legal issues.

    As a senior leader of the organization, it is the duty of the leader to decide the policies and process to practice in the organization to maintain ethics. These policies protect the integrity of the organization. Being a leader of the organization, which is opening in the global market, ethical norms included must be aligned with the countries.
Following policies can be implemented to follow the ethical practice to protect the integrity of the organization:
