Leaders in the organizations hold a very powerful position that can guide the ethical behavior of the colleagues, employees and various stakeholders like external vendor and partners. In order for any organization to be successful it requires presence and support of ethical leaders, who can communicate the relevance of ethical standards as well as hold employees accountable to the required standards. Essentially, leaders also transmit the ethics by building strong rapport, benevolent relationship as well as teaching others how one can comprehend the ethical situations, questions, empowering the ethical behavior of the employees and converting them into future ethical leaders. As leader, one has the ability to impact the culture of the company, impact the policy as well as behavior of the organization.
