Introduction
The concept of Social psychology emphasizes the relationship between the people and the social structure where they carry out their performance. As stated by Hetey and Eberhardt (2018), the major groups under this category includes socialization, gender, human race, ethnicity, deviance, health, dynamics and many more. This paper deals with the study of social psychological aspects of the people regarding law, the crimes and their justice. It will focus on the guilty, confessions of the victims, evidences through several sources that will be highlighting through the fictional depiction of courtroom dramas.
Synopsis of the Courtroom Drama presented in Law Themed TV show (Lawyer Break Down)
The courtroom dramas forecasted in television or highlighted in newspaper articles portrays the natural exposure of the participants who had to undergo pro-prosecution stories versus pro-defense stories, where the viewers or the readers will be experiencing the defendants guilty from the start of the courtroom trial to till the end concluding with the judge’s final verdict (King & Wallace, 2019). The law themed T.V show highlights the courtroom drama of Lawyers Break Down, which involves several scenes that undergoes as follows: eyewitnesses’ testimonies, which includes recognition of the crimes, investigating the incidents, storing it in memory, identification of the culprit and testifying them in the court, presenting the eyewitness (YouTube, 2019).
Next scene includes confession procedures, which follows with the suspect’s interviews, police interrogation, false confession, final confession in the courtroom, begging for guilty in the shadow of trial.
