umes a significant job for the business organisations to endure the relentless fruition and increase a high ground in the horde of different rivals. Leadership helps in effectively managing the work force and leading them to achieve the organizational goals and objectives. But in order to successfully lead a company, the leaders come across varied challenges on a day to day basis. A discussion relating to these challenges would be incorporated in this essay. Varied recommendations would be suggested that would help in upgrading the quality of the leadership programs and that would help in perceiving leadership in a different way.
Challenges of Leadership
Being a leader is not an easy task as it includes a wide array of roles and responsibilities. A good leader not only helps in maximizing the profits of the organisation but also ensures that positive and healthy work environment is created to accelerate the productivity and efficiency of the employees. Workers would not be able to put forward their problems in front of the leaders and it would accelerate employee dissatisfaction. If the details of the projects are not properly conveyed to the external stakeholders, they would not be willing to invest in it. Improper communication restricts the leaders to build good relations with the internal stakeholders.

So there are not enough role moles for women whom they can look up to and take inspiration to become successful leaders. Women leaders are considered to display caring and compassionate attitudes in order to be liked by the people. But when the women leaders display attitudes like that of a male leader, people tend to respect but not like them.
It is also seen that modern leaders face the challenge of influencing the work force. Leaders tend to make the use...
