Analysis of the current disability practice or service issue and with reference to legislation and policy including social justice, human rights and social inclusion
Case study of the prevalence of disability and the comparisons of statistics:
The world works on efficiency and the most common research suggests that disability is more often than not considered a liability for the people suffering with a disability of any sort. When we talk about disability it is not just mental retardation, but physical or social disability that affects the state of the people. These are not just excuses but proper afflictions that a person faces. Some physical disabilities mean that they cannot walk and need a wheel chair or cannot sit without a support, or maybe have impaired fine or gross motor functions (Schur, Kruse, Blasi, J and Blanck, 2009). Physical disabilities include inability to use hands or legs, inability to use fingers or upper body strength or even sensory disabilities like impaired hearing, speech or vision. Many also suffer from mental retardation with lack of thought and meaning, social anxiety, emotional instability etc (Loisel et al, 2011). The list of the most frequent disabilities is listed below:

While many of these issues are considered to be of major problems, yet mostly we see that people suffering from disabilities are often discriminated against. Most of the discrimination occurs in the workplace against the people (Uppal, 2015). The following report will aim to illustrate the problems of a person suffering from a disability and whether they are faced with any discrimination of sorts and to critically analyze the social inclusion, social justice and human rights issues faced by them. The report also aims to evaluate the problems and make a proper comment on the issues.
