Eight weeks following his original collapse, Leo again visits his physician, now complaining of respiratory problems.  With a stethoscope, Dr. Tong detects some wheezing and inspiratory rales and orders a chest X-ray.  The X-ray films show a markedly enlarged left ventricle and a generalized haziness at the base of Leo's lungs suggesting the presence of fluid.

How might Leo’s lung symptoms be related to the defective valve

Why might Leo's left ventricle be enlarged?  What is the heart trying to do by enlarging

Leo is diagnosed with left side congestive heart failure. If the other side of his heart had been affected by his MI instead, what sort of symptoms might one have seen?
