1. According to Fanon, decolonization refers to replacing one species of men with another. This approach will lead to change the entire structure of the society. Fanon also perceived that colonialism is a form in which domination of a particular community can be found to achieve their goal. The approach consists of activities that reorder the word of native people. According to Fanon, violence is the key characteristic of colonialism (Zeilig, 2015). More precisely, violence is considered the key tool for political engagement. In criticism of colonialization, Fanon came up with the concept called decolonization. Increasing racism, ethnic division, corruption, and economic dependence are some of the major aspects of former colonial states which led to the mediocrity of Africa’s leadership class. 
According to Fanon’s decolonization movement, some British colonies became peaceful and gradual due to decolonization, but it eventually became violent for others. One of the major aspects of Fanon’s decolonization was an appraisal of the western culture and removal of racial, hierarchical, and minority thought processes (Lee, 2015).
