    The “Little Hoover Commission” is an independent California state overnight agency formed after
the Hoovers commission in the United States of America. The Little Hoovers Commission focuses on investigating the state government operations and helps in promoting the economy, efficiency and improved service through the recommendation, legislative proposals and reports. The “Little Hoover Commission” which is also formally known as the Milton Marks “Little Hoover Commission” focuses on analyzing how the respective states may work on improving the outcomes of their programs. The commission reviews the role of several state governments to review the programs they have initiated for the betterment of the states; it tends to form a road map for the state government to review their steps, initiating towards any of the relative government project. The agency frames the whole study in the form of reports and mentions all the backlogs performed by the respective state government in their programs, which could surely hinder the economy and the efficiency of the services rendered, by the state government. By showing the records, it also helps in keeping an eye on the pending tasks at hand and the form of progress for the current governments in power. The Little Hoover Commission is the modified version of the Hoover commission framed to increase the effectiveness of the government programs (Callahan, 2018).
