Each profession has its own Code of Ethics to abide by. The book discusses portions of the Code of Ethics of the National Association of Social Workers. Many of the items in this Code of Ethics are similar to those for the Human Services Worker. This Code of Ethics has been established by the National Organization for Human Services. There are 44 Standards that comprise the Ethical Standards for Human Service Professionals.   • This reflection paper should be 2-3, double-spaced pages in length. Be written in APA format (including the reference).

  • Use headings to organize your paper. For example, you might use headings such as Code of Ethics Overview, Practitioner Application of Code, Personal Reflection, and/or Future of Code of Ethics.

The professionals keep up the integrity and the ethical characteristics of employment, client promotion, community involvement and the growth of the profession.
