Durkheim believed that the way to stem the rising tide of suicide was to restore the consistency and strength of social groups so that individuals were once again firmly under group influence, but thought that neither political nor religious nor family society was any longer capable of achieving this. For our present time, which of these three groups do you think has the greatest potential to be restored to high group cohesion to reduce the inclination towards suicide (or even high degrees of egoism and anomie), and what are some changes you would implement or promote to achieve this?so there is no need to answer every single one of these questions. A detailed response about just one of them, or shorter sections on two of them would be sufficient. It is up to you; I am mainly looking for thoughtful and detailed responses.)
