Drawing on your study research and activities, and supplementing with appropriate additional research (minimum of 5 articles / papers to be referenced), you are required to discuss the processes, and the potential pitfalls and critical success factors, in the processes of developing and producing a proposal project management plan.  Your discussion should clearly state the processes you determine as being necessary and be kept constantly in mind when gathering further relevant information.
