Model the system after that of another nation, if you’d like, or design one that is completely original. 3-4 pages written and 10 NARRATED slides. Worth 9 points for the written paper and 3 points for the NARRATED ppt. If the sound does not work, you lose all three points. Due July 3, 2016.
