Real Estate for any country is important but with the increasing prices and many reasons the sector is facing a slowdown across the globe, to see the same we here analyze different factors which affect the real estate m

Average sales are the average monthly sales that each area makes. From the table above we can see that the average sale is the maximum for Vancouver which has the maximum sales in the country, this is because of the rising population and better ability to purchase real estate.
Average Sales Price Trend
The graph above shows the average sale price of the real estate properties across the nation, and it can be seen that mostly the real estate prices have been stagnant over the years across the states which have been selected, the maximum deviation in the average sale price is seen in Vancouver which has witnessed a fall in the average sale price over the period which was way above 1,200,000 in January 2018, and it declined to around 1,100,000 at the end of January 2020. This means that there was a slow down in the real estate which has led to the decrease in the average sale price, which is done to boost the units sold.
Units Listed
Over the years, the number of units listed has gone down, this slowness started in May 2019, and since then it has not recovered.
