Draw an organization chart for the top three levels of your organization. The top level should be a chief executive officer or someone with a similar role. Identify the person by name and formal job title. The next two levels need not be complete, but each level should identify the types of roles and job titles at that level. Each level also should identify at least two individuals by name and formal job title.
