Introduction
According to research a great teacher is not the one with great knowledge but a good sense of humour an d good conversation style makes a teacher good.
Using the words of William Arthur Ward “The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires”, it is easy to understand that having good knowledge is never enough to be teacher.
Every student is different but the main aim of any teacher should be to deliver the message that should be delivered. The student should be able to understand the topic or concept in whatsoever ways possible. Theory is never enough to make the students learn. Practical classes and other methods of teaching make the students learn better and faster.

Objectives – the teacher is clear about what she wants to teach and what the students would want to write down and remember. But, the good teacher should make this clear with her students that what are the objectives of lesson or lecture.
Homework – homework should never be given as a burden to students or parents but as a way to make sure that the students are learning the right thing.
Classroom environment – the teacher should try to maintain the best possible environment for studies in class that means it should be friendly and warm. The pupil and teacher should be able to discuss things without hesitation or mocking.
Behavior management – children are mostly well-behaved but sometimes the teacher needs to manage them and the management should be done in a polite way.
Personalized teaching and learning – the best teachers are the ones that can identify and cater to the needs of the students individually. Also, the good teachers provide with learning material which is good aptly challenging and full of knowledge.
