Going through the article “Moral Criticisms of the Market” I am of the opinion
that the criticisms against the free market from the perspective of an orthodox religious
community is not viable to be accepted or to be supported. The author has rightly
pointed out that the basis of such criticisms is the urge to opt for an economy which
should be just and moral and such justness and morality should be surpassing the
primary need of an economy to be efficient. Starting from this point the criticism against
