DO. What can I do with this? I will focus on and practice one habit for a month. I will reward myself when I make progress. I will focus on my successes and find simple, practical applications for using my new skills. Each day, I will take small steps. For example, I will spend more of my social time with my friends who like to hike and do other positive things that I enjoy, instead of hanging out with friends who just like to drink.
