Do Bentham and Mill convince you? That is, do they convince you that utilitarianism is correct in its basic claim that an action is morally right if and only if it produces more pleasure or less pain for everyone, than any other action? Do you agree that any type of action whatsoever can be morally justified if it produces a sufficiently large amount of pleasure?
