Last week you researched the standards for your area of study or your profession. These standards often include what is called “disposition,” or behavioral standards.
Evaluate your selected standards or code of conduct, and discuss how they apply specifically to you, your specialization, and the type of work you plan to do upon completion of your degree. What does your set of standards or code of conduct tell you about how you are expected to behave professionally?
Additionally, research other applicable codes of ethics and professional standards that apply to your specialization. Describe these codes of conduct and discuss the guidance these standards provide in helping you determine appropriate professional behavior. How do these other codes of conduct compare to the first set of standards that you selected in terms of rigor and depth?
