General Instructions:


The flow of an interview is very important in determining honesty and lying interviewee's responses. With knowledge of signs and the basics, a forensic accountant can become quite skilled on interviewing techniques. For your initial response, review the website provided below and listen to the radio message provided at the upper right of the website. Research the text and websites to respond to the questions listed. For your second response, you will be responsible for providing techniques on assessing honesty while conducting interviews. Complete and submit the assignment by 23:59 ESTWednesday. Then review the second post instructions. Post your final response by 23:59 ESTSunday.

Introduction
I have performed extensive analysis on the case and immersed myself in order to comprehend how to spot if the leaders or CEO are lying. By the virtue of my research, I can offer be

Furthermore, researching the pattern, it is easy to discern that people who lie are inclined to overuse the words "our team" or perhaps "we" while they are explaining about the organisation. It is very rare to observe such people are using the word I. The psychologists also offer the explanation for such behaviour as well. Essentially, people who tend to hide facts and lie repeatedly use the words we or team since they want to spread the accountability of particular act to everyone. Perhaps, it is very rare to observe use of 'me', 'I' or 'mine' since people are worried that their ownership would be reflected in the statement because psychologically it will represent that they are responsible for what has happened
