	When I was working as a management trainee in the Wal-Mart, I worked under Sam Jonsan. He was most senior manager. He inspired and motivated me most because he was good leader and manager. He was having good leadership and managerial qualities such as: transparency, good communication, and accountability, visionary, confident, collaborative, Empathy, trust, decisiveness, delegation, optimism, fair treatment etc. These skills and qualities my manager had great impact on me (Tseng, and Levy, 2019).

Discrimination at Workplace
	I worked in an accounting company for more than 10 years. I was more senior accountant in the company than other. A new senior position opened up in the company with good salary package. I was having more qualification and experience than others but my senior manager rejected my application for the post. When I asked the manager about this, he said me that you are eight month pregnant and you can’t handle this job properly.  He also said that, I need someone who is more suitable and dedicated for this job (Roscigno, 2019)

	I worked in Wal-Mart Company as a Department manager. This management position comes under the middle management. As a Department manager, I was responsible for planning, staffing, controlling and leading the department successfully. I was also accountable for creating a supportive and effective work environment where employees can work successfully. Apart from this, I was responsible for organizing meetings and managing databases, organizing events & conference, dealing with complaints/queries etc (Tseng, and Levy, 2019).
