Mala prohibita which means that wrong because it is wrong. Singh (2019) discussed that according to the law is not that much wrong in nature such as murder, however they are wrong because these acts are prohibited by the law. There are many examples that can prove the mala prohibita as breaking the laws by driving in the wrong way or failing to pay taxes and many more.
