In this week’s Discussion, you and your peers will discuss justice and natural law. Natural law is the idea that ethics is grounded in nature and understood through reason. Justice is concerned with the fair use of rewards and punishments. You and your peers will discuss some of these issues and how these theories help us determine the most logical approach to complex issues.






A: Choose two rights mentioned in either the United Nations'Universal Declaration of Human Rights, The Declaration of Independence, or the U.S. Constitution's Bill of Rightsand discuss how these could be viewed as natural rights. Be sure to apply conceptsof natural law from this week's readings and other course concepts.
