Discussion Board assignments  Purpose: To prompt you to continue learning between weekends, there will be weekly discussion questions for you to respond to in eCollege. Task: Respond to your discussion group (I have put you into randomized groups of 5 people to make your discussions more personal). Provide a thoughtful response to the posting. You must answer the discussion question (one post) and then respond once to your classmates’ posts by the following Sunday at 11:59 pm.  Postings received after the date and time requested will not be read and no points will be given for the posting.  Email postings WILL NOT be accepted at any time. At the end of their first year, they report an 86% success rate with no complications using this new technique. Another hospital in the area (Unity Hospital) initiated the same new technique for colorectal surgery, six months after Suburban Hospital. That hospital has reported a 92% success rate using this technique. Your patient wants to know where you think she should go for the colorectal surgery that she needs - to Suburban Hospital or Unity Hospital?
